Thursday – June 23, 2011
- On-course reconnaissance for competitors in either a passenger car or race car at posted speed limits
- Evening Trail running race open to the public at the base area
- 6pm: Red Jersey Summer Series Mountain Bike Race – open to the public at the base area
Friday – June 24, 2011
- 6:00am Gates open for the day
- 6:30am Shuttle service begins to Half-Way spectator area
- 7:45am-Noon Practice for all cars (Upper or lower half, weather dependent)
- Noon Mt. Washington Auto Road opens to the public (time could vary slightly)
- Noon-6:00pm Paddock open – meet the drivers and enjoy the racecars, vendors, displays, food & drinks
- 8:00pm The “Jim Devlin Band” performs on the Climb to the Clouds stage!
- 10:00pm Fireworks display at the base of the Mt. Washington Auto Road
Saturday – June 25, 2011
- 6:00am Gates open for the day
- 6:30am Shuttle service begins to Half-Way spectator area
- 7:45am-Noon Practice for all cars (Upper or lower half, weather dependent)
- Noon Mt. Washington Auto Road opens to the public (time could vary slightly)

- 8:00pm “TAB The Band” performs on the Climb to the Clouds stage!
Sunday – June 26, 2011
- 6:00am Gates open for the day – tickets for base & shuttles to viewing areas available
- 6:00am Festival tent and vendor displays open for the day
- 6:30am-7:00am Shuttle service begins to two on-course spectator locations
- 6:30am-7:30am Spectators allowed to drive to the summit/finish-line spectator area
- 8:30am Opening Ceremonies begin at the Climb to the Clouds stage
- 9:00am First timed run begins for all competitors
- Noon-1:30pm Lunch Break / Intermission
- 1:30pm Second timed run begins for all competitors
- 6:00pm Awards at the Climb to the Clouds Stage
