David Higgins bested his first record breaking run by a further 8 seconds to post an amazing time of 6:11.54. Â Higgins, at the wheel of his 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI rally car has won the 2011 Mt. Washington Hillclimb, with Todd Cook in 2nd driving a TCE/Wells Coyote and Paul Tingaud in his 2005 Audi hillclimb special dubbed the “Super Chicken”.
