The top speeds via radar at “Quarter Mile” during practice were phenomenal considering the rain and the standing water in some places of the course. David Higgins, the Subaru Rally Team USA driver, posted the fastest clocked speed of 101 mph in his Subaru STI. Second fastest, at 99 mph, was Tood Cook. Continue reading →
